Project updates will be provided via email throughout the project. This includes notifications for when initial concepts are ready for your review as well as subsequent revisions.
Once concepts have been reviewed and approved by our Creative Director, we upload those files to your Project Center for you to review. All revisions will arrive within four business days for ALL projects.
All concept and revision files will be delivered in viewable but secure electronic, low resolution PDF files (complete with a Lucky Dog Creative copyright watermark.) This protects us and you and these files are for reviewing only. You will not able to be reproduce or use them for marketing promotions.
Easily View & Access Files Online
You will be able to view all files online or download them and print them out to go over them in detail. These files remain in your Project Center for you to track the progress of our work and your detailed feedback along the way.
For your convenience (and sanity), directions are always provided within your Project Center on how to view, download and upload files as well as how to provide feedback – no need to memorize the process. The number of concepts/drafts depend upon the package you selected.
Creative concepts and designs are based upon our years of experience in the world of advertising. However, you are the Project Lead and you drive the process and make the final decisions that will achieve your goals and objectives. The decision is always up to you.
You will have as much time as you need to review the concepts. On your command, we begin the next steps.
